Fikile is our highly astute Legal and Compliance Director. Fikile holds an LLB degree from Wits and a PGDip from UJ, as well as various other certificates. She has been a legal and compliance specialist for over 17 years, with extensive experience in leading compliance functions and loves assisting organisations in managing their legal and compliance obligations. Fikile is passionate about growing the legal and compliance risk management profession and participates in industry-wide skills development initiatives to help bridge the unemployment and skills gaps.
Anele Jama
"The Calculator"
Anele is our Finance Intern. He holds a National Diploma in cost and Management Accounting from the Durban University of Technology. Anele has a strong desire to learn and excel at solving numerical problems. He is instrumental in the collation, analysis, tracking, and reconciliation of accounts which enables business the latitude to reach its strategic financial objectives. He is passionate about the establishment and implementation of financial management measures to assist organisations reach their financial goals.
"The Implementer"
Siphesihle is our Legal and Compliance Manager, she holds an LLB, Certificates in Board Governance, Compliance, and Money Laundering Control Certificates from the University of Johannesburg, a Regulatory Compliance HDip from the University of Pennsylvania as well as various other certificates. She is currently completing her PGDip in Compliance Management at UJ and her Master's in Mercantile Law. She has over 6 years of experience in the Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Legal Advisory and Compliance Management and reporting space. She is passionate about the Compliance and AML/CTF/CWP sector, and assisting business to understand their regulatory compliance obligations, to ensure collaboration in the meeting and risk management of same, within the organisational Governance Framework.

Patric is our Operations and Human Resources Manager. He holds a Labour Law qualification from Vaal University of Technology, Human Resources Management qualification and Computer certificate. He is knowledgeable about Labour Law, Human Resources and Operations. He is passionate about administering policies and procedures in the Human Resources Department. In addition, he is passionate about the establishment and implementation of the operational strategy with a view to support business in reaching its strategic objectives.
